Employee Risk Assessment
About the Training
The one-day Employee Risk Assessment training program is geared for Human Resource personnel and Senior Executives responsible for an organization’s hiring processes and employment efforts. Instead of focusing on developing a set of "cookie cutter" questions that are asked of all applicants, the course centers on resume analysis. Students learn methods of resume analysis which reduce their risk exposure to unqualified, inappropriate or mismatched candidates, or even outright security threats.
Who Should Attend
This course is tailored for Human Resource personnel and Senior Executives who routinely make employment related decisions.
What You Will Learn
Resume Analysis
Resume analysis is effective precisely due to the variable nature of its preparation. In navigating the multiple unique choices to create a resume, an individual's psychological profile evinces in the decisions to include or omit information, as well as the wording, order and manner in which information is presented. This session will explain how to establish a systematic approach to analyzing a resume, as well as determine what questions to ask and why.
Class Eligibility
This class is available to commercial and government human resource departments and senior executives who routinely are involved in their organization’s employment and personnel evaluation processes. Gray Hat Research reserves the right to reject for any reason without explanation any and all non-law enforcement applicants who lack security clearances. |
